AZ ARMY NAT'L GUARD ECOBUILDING IN PHOENIX

ALERTON BACtalk ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Viewed from the northeast - the Arizona Army National Guard's ECObuilding, which incorporates an 18 kilowatt photovoltaic array, three 500 watt wind turbines, a 10 ton solar absorption chiller and several interactive electrical systems, is our finest example of very successful renewable energy projects we have been a part of.
The very successful BACnet energy management system at the Arizona Army National Guard is probably the single largest project - and is still growing! There are currently more than 38 buildings, a total of just over one and a half million square feet of buildings - most located geographically over three hundred miles apart from one another. This EMCS is operated by the DEMA facilities management office in Phoenix - over their wide area network.

We are currently working on several renewable (solar) projects - one 90 KW photovoltaic array that we are hoping to find additional grants and funding, increasing this site to 200 KW by late summer of 2010. Energystics of Arizona will bend over backwards to show you how to make your facilities save energy - using renewables! (We are very saavy with the US Green Buildings Programs, LEED NC and LEED EB, to help with your sustainable project designs!)

Mr. Jeff Seaton, CEM, BEP and LEED A-P. Our senior energy engineer and primary projects manager. Chosen by the US Army and the Department of Energy, FEMP - (Federal Energy Management Program) - as one of their YOU HAVE THE POWER program champions.
